Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Hayanakab reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Payment is not successfully completed
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded according to our refund process.
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
