1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept return requests only under the following conditions: The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2.Items Not Eligible for Return: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Used or washed products Items without original tags or packaging Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3.How to Request a Return: To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details: Order number Clear photos or video of the product (if damaged or incorrect) Reason for return
